Birth Doula Services

Below are the services I offer. The packages can be split up into payments if needed.

Basic Birth & Postpartum Package

$1100

ONE 60-90 minute consultation, either in your home or a local place of your choosing.
2 Prenatal Appointments (each will last about 60-90 minutes)
Prenatal Support and On-Call Availability (weeks 37-42 based on EDD)
Continuous Birth and Labor Support
Immediate Postpartum Support
ONE Postpartum Visit (up to 120 minutes)
Access to resources and additional support

Deluxe Birth & Postpartum Package

$1300

ONE 60-90 minute consultation, either in your home or a local place of your choosing.
2 Prenatal Appointments (each will last about 60-90 minutes)
Prenatal Support and On-Call Availability (weeks 37-42 based on EDD)
Continuous Birth and Labor Support
Immediate Postpartum Support
THREE Postpartum Visits (up to 90 minutes each)
Access to resources and additional support

Nesting Support Experience

$200

*Best when scheduled 30-35 weeks of pregnancy.*

Nursery setup and organization
Supply organization of baby items (I.e. sterilizing bottles/pacifiers/pump parts, washing and folding baby clothes and items).
Hospital bag packing (if applicable)
Organization of birth items (if applicable)
Light cleaning of mom & baby areas (if needed)
Meal Prep
Postpartum item prep (ie. assistance in organizing or making items that you may need in Postpartum Care)

Covers up to 6 hours of support and assistance.

Prenatal Appointment A La Carte

$50

90 Minute Prenatal Meeting that can be scheduled at the location of your choosing. This can be an additional add-on to a package, or used on its own. During this time we will cover birth wishes, excercises and stretches to prepare your body for birth, partner support and advice, educational support, labor tool/comfort measure practice, and referrals as needed.

Postpartum Visit A La Carte

$40/hr.

Postpartum visits can be used for: mental evaluations, light housekeeping, meal preparation, lactation support, baby wearing education, general postpartum education and support, and breaks for mom. Referrals and resources will be provided as needed.

Flange Fitting

$40

This service is to support moms who are pumping, whether full-time or partial. The appointment will run about 90 minutes long.

Access to trial different flange sizes and styles (when applicable).
Guidance and support on fit and feel while pumping.
Guidance on length and pumping preferences for milk output.
Support on any adjustments that can or need to be made.
Referrals for any additional support mom or baby may need.

PACKAGE COST: $1100 - $1300 (able to be paid in installments/payment plan)
